RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date and we’ll refund the full cost of the item.
When making use of our satisfaction guarantee or exchange policies, you will bear the costs of returning the product.
To begin the returns process simply drop an email to info@ClearPods.co.uk requesting a refund & including the following information;
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Refunds will be processed within one to three (1-3) days of when we receive and verify the return of the product - and paid in accordance with standard bank processing times.
We cannot guarantee your return will be accepted if your request lapses the fourteen (14) day satisfaction guarantee policy. Any requests made beyond this time period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will require the item to be sent back for inspection/proof that your item is faulty. We will not cover items that are damaged by the buyer, only internal/technical faults.
You can cancel your orders up to thirty (30) minutes after your purchase by contacting email@example.com. Once this time has passed and the item has entered the dispatch process, you must refer to our ‘RETURNS & REFUNDS’ policy.

The value declared for our non EU international shipments is below the amount most countries will charge fees on. Where fees are charged, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees
